Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. Lead and participate variable-frequency drive projects, including mechanical & electrical design & calculations, component sizing, technical
drawings, prototype making & test, assembly process.
领导并参与变频器项目，包含机械和电气的设计和计算，零件选型，技术图纸，样品制作和测试，组装工艺，实验室和工厂测试等
2. Deliver new products with improved performance and optimized cost according to project timing and budget.
根据项目时间和预算交付新产品，实现更好的性能和更优的价格
3. Lead and participate investigations on failure analysis, propose and implement quality improvement actions
领导并参与失效分析，提出并实施质量改进措施
4. Support product development team on new applications with motor control tuning.
利用电机控制调试技术帮助产品开发团队实现新应用
5. Generate test programs, execute prototyping & experiments, results reporting & documentation of conclusions.
生成测试程序，执行原型设计和实验，结果报告和结论文档
6. Work closely with engineering, sourcing, quality, process, production, service departments in China, corresponding team in Airtec and suppliers.
与中国的工程、采购、质量、工艺、生产，服务部门，Airtec对应团队和供应商紧密合作
7. Follow up existing & new technology in China and introduce new ideas into inhouse development
跟进中国现有和新技术，并将新想法引入内部开发


岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求
1.At least 2 years’ experience in drive hardware development.
2年以上变频器硬件开发经验
2.Experience in PCB design, motor control is a plus.
有PCB设计、电机控制经验者优先

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.Master's degree or above, major in electrical engineering or electromechanical
硕士及以上学历，电气工程或机电相关专业
2.Know-how of variable-frequency drive hardware architecture, power semiconductor devices, thermal design and test
需要变频器硬件结构，功率半导体器件，热设计和测试的专业知识
3.Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing
普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力
