Summary/Objective
职责Responsibilities:

1.熟练掌握精益生产的各类理论知识（工业工程，人机工程，八大浪费，JIT等），具备3~5年的实际工作经验，并能将理论落实到实际工作中，做到理论实践相结合。
Proficient in various theoretical knowledge of lean manufacturing (Industry engineering, ergonomics, eight wastes, JIT, etc.) and implement it into daily work, combining theory into practice.
2.了解精益生产的系统化方法和工具，并有很强的数据统计、分析及改善能力。
Understand the systematic methods and tools of lean manufacturing and have strong ability of data statistics and analysis.
3.负责生产人力工作负荷分析和产能评估，生产线线平衡，测定标准工时，制定产能表，改善生产线工艺流程和作业动作。
Responsible for analysis of Labor utilization, capacity utilization and line balance. Establish standard working hours & capacity for each operation. Improve process flow and labor motion.
4.根据生产线价值流分析，改善生产现场的工位布局，物料布局，流向规划和人员走动等。优化物料批次管理。
Based upon process Value Stream Mapping, improve shop floor machine layout, part presentation and material flow. Improve material lot management.
5.主导精益生产的持续改进，监督检查各部门精益生产推行的状况，消除工作过程中的浪费，工作周期改善，降低库存和提升日产量。
Lead the continuous improvement of production, eliminate waste in the working process, improve working cycle, reduce inventory and increase daily output.
6.检查5s执行情况，严格落实管控，提出改善意见。
Audit the implementation of 5s, and continuous improvement.
7.良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:

1.本科及以上学历，工业工程类专业或相关理工科
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in IE or relevant science and engineering.
2.具有8年以上汽车行业经验，5年以上生产型企业精益生产相关工作经验
More than 8 years of Automotive industry experience. More than 5 years of Lean production related experience in manufacturing-type enterprise
3.熟悉IE工具、精益工具和PDCA/DMAIC
Familiar with IE Tools, Lean tools & PDCA/DMAIC.
4.熟悉精益理念，有组织和领导精益生产改善经验
Familiar with lean theory, possess experiences of organizing and leading lean manufacturing improvement
5.精通精益生产相关知识和工具（5S，八种浪费，改善，目视化管理, 价值流分析，TPM, 物流等）
Proficient in lean production knowledge and tools (5s, 8 kinds of waste, improvement, visual management, VSM, standardized work, TPM, logistics etc.).
6.英语良好
Good English skills
