岗位职责：
1. 负责协助销售主管和销售人员的一切工作，包括内部工作和外部联络；
2. 负责所有销售、出货和营业的相关文件表单、系统操作、客户联縏、报表汇总、客户到访接待、客户拜访行程和细节安排等；
3. 负责更新公司网站新闻；
4. 追踪所有应提交客户价格、交期、资料数据、提问回复的时间点，确保没有延误或遗漏承诺客户的需求；
5. 追踪生产状态，判断对交期的影响；在判断或得知交期可能延误时，主导召开会议讨论解决方案，寻找资源解决问题；
6. 追踪付款进度，主导催款，确保货款淮时到帐；
7. 主持客诉处理、追踪真因调察、改善对策提报和执行结果；
8. 负责年节客户关系维系安排；
9. 负责展销售拓展活动的申办申请和安排。
1. Responsible for assisting sales supervisors and sales staff in all work, including internal work and external liaison.
2. Responsible for all sales, shipping and business related document forms, system operations, customer contacts, report summaries, customer visit reception, customer visit itinerary and detailed arrangements, etc.
3. Responsible for updating company website news.
4. Track all the time points for submitting customer prices, delivery dates, data, and responses to questions to ensure that there are no delays or omissions in promising customer needs.
5. Track production status and determine the impact on delivery date; when it is determined or known that the delivery date may be delayed, lead meetings to discuss solutions and find resources to solve the problem.
6. Track payment progress, lead payment collection, and ensure payment is received on time.
7. Responsible for handling customer complaints, investigating the real causes, proposing improvement measures and implementing the results.
8. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships during the New Year holidays.
9. Responsible for the application and arrangement of sales development activities.
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上机械、财务、管理等学历；
2. 至少3年或以上机械、制造行业或销售售助理经验，良好的个人形象更佳；
3. 良好的电脑操作技能，熟悉Windows office，ERP软件系统；
4. 良好的英语沟通能力。
REQUIREMENT:
1. College degree or above in a mechanical field or accounting.
2. A minimum of 3 years of sales or sales assistant experience in mechanical and manufacturing industry and a good personal image is a plus.
3. Good computer skills and working knowledge of Windows Office and ERP software systems.
4. Good English communication skill.
