Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required
2+ years relevant work experience
Oral & written English skill is plus; professional in excel, SAP SD, PP, MM is required; International companies work experience is required
Capable of working independently, mature, and resourceful;
Be highly organized, careful and efficient;
Very strong responsibility sense, positive energy and teamwork;
Lean manufacturing experience is plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining customer order and shipping documents correct daily.
Reply OA to internal customer and response customer inquiry in time.
Work with SZ CS, Logistics to ensure goods dispatch successfully.
Arrange procurement of packaging and ensure timely arrival according to the production plan daily.
Daily work with internal cross team follows up order fulfillment to meet our commitment to customer.
Handle external WH affairs including material transfer daily and check accounts at the end of every month.
Proactively solve problems and difficulties encountered in daily work. Willing to share experience with cross function team and keep learning.
Involve in EHS & Lean culture build up.
