Handle challenging tasks or new project and problem solving in technical area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS（具体岗位职责）:
1.Handle challenging tasks from customer to meet market demand.
2.Solve problems during design and manufacturing.
3.Set up local technical standard in cover system.
4.Suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in technical area and process area.
5.Help QC department or complaint analysis.
6.Provide proper supplier information in similar application.
7.Help customers on product installation and set up application standard for product.
8.Lead certain project according to requirement.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED知识和技能要求:
1.Familiar with mechanical drawing and tolerance requirements.
2.Proficient in Auto CAD.
3.Familiar with QMS documentation like PPAP etc.
4.Ability to communicate across departments and plants.

BASIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED基本经验要求:
1.10+years experiences in mechanical design field.
2.5+years experiences on machine protection area，Tow chain product design experiences is preferred.
