岗位职责包括但不限于：
1, Support and guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of ES production line output.
支持和保障非标生产线产出的有效性和高效率。
2，Develop process documentation, SOPs, and safety protocols compliant with industry standards.
编制工艺文件、操作规范及安全指南，确保符合行业标准
3，Provide on-site technical guidance and emergency troubleshooting support for blue-collar construction teams (electrical/mechanical)
为现场蓝领施工团队（电气/机械方向）提供技术指导与紧急故障处理支持
4， Analyze electrical system issues in production equipment, propose solutions, and oversee implementation
分析生产设备电气系统问题，提出改进方案并监督实施
5， Focus on continuous improvement of quality control process
关注质量控制过程的持续改进
6， To focus on the cross training of S510 operators
关注对S510操作人员进行交叉培训
7，To Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production bottlenecks and drive cost-efficiency
跨部门协作解决生产瓶颈，推动成本降低与效率提升

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求
1. Above 2 years relative work experience
2年以上相关工作经验
2. Good at oral and written English, familiar with AutoCAD and Office software
良好的英语口语和书写能力，熟悉AutoCAD和Office办公软件

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Automation or electrical control is an asset.
本科及以上学历， 机械、自动化或电气控制背景优先
