职位描述 1. Guides all PLS initiatives within the Division. Works with Division staff and Location management on Lean implementation by using Parker Lean Systems as the principal tool. Ensures the development of a robust Lean Future State Strategy to be implemented on division-wide 2. Ensures adherence to PLS standards at the Division for the Site, Value Stream and Team Improvement boards enabling a PDCA and Kaizen culture. Supports Location Lean Members through required and special team meetings. Provides high level of technical and operational recommendations in meeting productivity, material control, product quality, and customer service goals 3. Ensures that the organizational structure has been reviewed and that resources are aligned for the Lean / Quality transformation 4. Helps develop Location Lean members with an emphasis on championing the Division’s goals, objectives, and implementation plans relative to Division Strategy Deployment, and Future State Site Plans 5. Ensures on-going education of all employees at the Division in PLS/QMS. Promotes a Continuous Learning environment 6. Communicates the status of all Lean/Quality efforts to the Group, Regional, and Country Lean/Quality Manager. Provides documentation of results and benefits achieved to the Division Staff and the Corporate Lean/Quality Leader 7. Leads and guides all Lean/Quality initiatives and AIPs within the Division, including lead Kaizen event and report out the achievement 8. Ensures the process for Quality Management Systems are established, implemented and maintained in Locations 9. Reports to management on the performance of the Quality Management System and needs for improvement. 10. Lead and coach the team to for Factory Automation Project to improve the Operation Productivity 11. Shares “best practice” methods and ideas with Group, Regional and Country and other Lean and Quality managers and leaders across Parker
Qualifications: 61 Five to seven years’ experience in Lean & Quality related environment, with manufacturing experience. Demonstrates a self-starting and hands-on quality. 61 Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent field. Relevant advanced degree preferred. 61 A good understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S’s, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, 61 Has successfully led a minimum of ten (10) Kaizen events within a manufacturing environment. Has participated in numerous other Kaizen events preferably in both the manufacturing and office areas. 61 Good understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean enterprise. 61 Excellent communication skills to lead and support empowered employees in a team environment
