岗位职责: 1) Execution of regional initiatives based on global strategies and goals. 根据全球战略和目标执行区域战略计划。
2) Ownership of regional product groups, performance of sourcing tasks, and developing region-specific strategies. 负责区域性的产品组、采购任务的执行以及发展针对特定区域的战略规划。
3) Contributing to daily disposition, monitoring progress, updating master data, and maintaining documentation in the ERP system. 负责日常采购事务的处理、跟踪项目进程、更新主数据和维护ERP系统中的文件。
4) Develop and negotiate contracts, define terms and conditions, and present proposals to senior procurement management. 负责合同的制定和谈判,与供应商确定各项条款和条件,并向采购管理层提出建议。
5) Develop suppliers and drive continuous improvement initiatives enabling cost reduction in the complete value chain. (price, service, relationship and good quality presentation) 开发供应商并推动持续改进计划,从而降低整个价值链的成本(包括价格、服务、关系以及高质量的呈现)。
6) Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance and the effectiveness of purchasing strategies. 建立关键绩效指标(KPI),以评估供应商的绩效表现和采购策略的有效性。
7) Building up and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration, negotiate favorable terms and resolve issues effectively. 与供应商建立并保持稳固的关系,以确保合作的顺利进行,优惠条款的谈判并能有效解决问题。
8) Other tasks to be assigned by Procurement Manager China. 中国区采购经理指派的其他工作。
任职要求: 1) An academic education related to procurement or other relevant major (bachelor’s degree or above). 采购相关专业本科及以上学历背景。
2) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position of strategic procurement or sourcing. 五年以上在战略采购或供应商开发方面的工作经验。
3) Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and compile strategic directions. 具备较强的分析能力,能够理解市场趋势并制定战略方向。
4) Extensive experience in contract and business negotiation and the ability to put together the best deals. 在合同和商务谈判方面拥有丰富的经验,能够达成最有利的交易。
5) Deep understanding of the entire value chain, both internally and externally. 对整个价值链有深入的了解,不管是内部还是外部的。
6) Possesses a strong teamwork spirit, thrives under pressure, and adapts well to fast-paced environments. 具有较强的团队合作精神,抗压能力强,能够很好地适应快节奏的环境。
7) Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation, with the ability to understand and track market trends. 对复杂的数据具备较强的解释分析能力,能够理解和跟踪市场趋势。
8) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 能够与内外部的利益相关者进行清晰而有效的沟通。
9) Proficient in spoken and written English. 英语听说读写能力强。
10) Familiar with ERP system (D365, SAP, Microsoft office tools and so on) 熟悉ERP系统(D365, SAP, 微软办公工具等)
