Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and manufacturing processes, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional sub-contractors and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities,
1. Project Planning and Execution: 61 Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for manufacturing equipment projects. 61 Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 61 Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination: 61 Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers. 61 Assist with Project purchasing 3. Monitoring and Reporting: 61 Track project progress and performance against established metrics. 61 Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. 61 Adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or schedule. 4. Budget Management: 61 Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control and compliance with financial requirements. 61 Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Quality Assurance: 61 Ensure that all manufacturing equipment meets necessary quality standards and specifications. 61 Coordinate testing and validation processes to confirm equipment functionality and safety. 61 MRB books compiling for each project. 6. Continuous Improvement: 61 Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the project management framework. 61 Implement best practices in project management and manufacturing processes. 7. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 61 Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the manufacturing equipment sector. 61 Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. 61 Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 61 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. 61 Proficient English ability in both spoken and written.
