About the Job: - Be responsible for alignment of the LF Wuxi Lean strategy and execution for both operations and transactional as to meet the True North metrics and LFOS requirement - Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and waste reduction, leading to the establishment of Lean culture at local site and other SBU plant, include production line and office area - Collaborate with IE team to facilitate plant/site layout change, material flow design, HC planning to improve production/office working efficiency - Collaborate with different value stream teams or functional area CI teams and subject matter experts on Lean ideas generation and Lean Six Sigma projects implementation - Conduct training on Lean and Six Sigma tools based on LF Lean frame and facilitate the Kaizen events with total employees’ involvement - Share of best practices between the sites and thru the Littelfuse regions of the World as to accelerate the learning and transformation About you: - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industry Engineering, Electronic information engineering and Automation - Over 5 years of experience in factory Lean and Sixsigma deployment and implementation, with preference for leading significant impact projects, preferably in Semiconductor and related industry - Strong experience of Digitization, Process Optimization, Information Technology - Strong experience of Lean and Sixsigma training, familiar with the lean and Sixsigma knowledges, Green Belt certification - Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and adaptability skills to drive projects implementation - Proficiency in spoken and written English, available for cross time zone communication - Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and adaptability skills. - Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and a spirit of continuous improvement. - Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
