Job Description · Prepare RFQ packages, suppliers information management and updates. · Support sales team with daily tasks and duties. Ensure effective communication and interaction within sales team. · Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met. · Assist in data management and analysis. Management of documents and ability to provide relevant statements and reports as required by the manager on time. ·Serve as area‘s project liasion with others within and outside the company. · Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Skills and Qualifications · Three years or above of job related work experience. · Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. ·Excellent organization and project coordination skills. · Customer service mindset and skills. · Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. · Good at teamwork.
