1. Design production process to satisfy the customer according to their demands。

根据需求制定技术文件和培训资料；
5. Give presentations/training internal/external。
提供内部和外部相关的技术培训；

提供客户产品或者项目演示和培训。
7. Responsible for the new product's design, develop and test. Solve technical problems in product development process.
负责新产品的设计研发和测试，解决研发过程中各种技术问题。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor in physics, materials science, vacuum science, optics or other related majors.
本科以上学历，物理学、材料学、真空专业、光学或其他相关专业。
2. Have more than 5 years of PVD sputtering coater related working experience.
具有5年以上磁控溅射镀膜相关工作经验，3年以上光掩模板镀膜经验。
3. Knowledge about coater design, including Ulvac, Cannon is a plus;
具有磁控溅射镀膜设备的设计知识，包括Ulvac, Cannon镀膜设备，将是加分项
4. Professional technical experience in glass machining, cleaning, layer analysis is priority.
具有玻璃抛磨，清洗、膜层测试评估等专业工艺技术经验者优先。
5. Good command of oral and written English and computer skills.
能够熟练运用书面和口头英语及电脑。
6. Adapt to business trip.
能够适应客户端出差。
