Responsibilities职责：
1.In charge of related line plan schedule, follow up and improve guarantee the implementation of the production plan.负责相关产线计划，跟进并推动计划完成；
2.Analyze the priority of orders according delivery time and capacity of production, and according to MTO\MTS, make optimization plan, OTD>=95%.分析订单交期及优先顺序，结合产线产能，根据MTO\MTS，安排最优化计划,OTD.>=95%；
3.Analysis BOM structure and follow up material shortage with Material planning to ensure enough material according to plan schedule. 分析并跟进缺料，与物料计划合作确保足够的物料满足生产计划；
4.Deal with Manufacture order in SAP from start to finish, BUCKFLUSH and input. 在SAP中处理生产工单投产到完工，扣料及入库；
5.Transfer information of material request to warehouse to move materials to WIP according plan, control inventory reasonable in WIP. 根据产线计划，传递物料调拨信息给仓库安排物料到产线，控制现场原材料库存合理化；
6.Confirm or update SO Delivery Note timely in system according to material situation ,production line capacity. 根据物料，产线产能情况及时在系统中确认或更新销售订单的交货日期；
7.Manager related line output report and producing data record and analysis.管理相关产线产出报告及生产数据记录和分析；
8.Tracking abnormal issue and push related dept. to fix it on time.跟踪产线异常问题并推动相关部门及时解决。

Requirements要求：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. 机械工程类本科毕业；
2.More than 8 years in similar positions of large company with Non- standard product, has technical knowledge of machine. 八年以上大型制造企业非标产品生产计划工作经验，有机械方面的技术知识。
3.Good communication skill and autonomy in finding the problem resolution. 良好的沟通技巧和解决问题的自主能力。
4.CET-4, good at oral and written English. 大学英语四级，良好的英语听说读写能力；
5.Good at EXCEL, basic knowledge of office software (word, ppt, outlook). 熟练使用EXCEL，基本掌握办公软件(word, ppt, outlook)；
6.Knowledge of SAP. 具备SAP知识；
7.Able to work under pressure, independence and teamworking. 能够在压力下独立工作，具有团队合作精神。
