Job Description: 1.Responsible for customer-related services through the entire inquiry/order process, such as pricing, purchasing, customer PO, orders process, delivery, invoicing, to meet customers’ satisfaction. 2. Act as a point of contact to assigned customers via E-mail, fax, phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices. Addresses customer issues and ensures on time delivery. 3. Assisting sales team with quotation follow-up. Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services. 4. Collect, document and consolidate customers' problems and complaints according to the defined procedure. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in accordance with serving standards. 5. Supporting Sales and Marketing staff in organizing and executing Marketing activities. 6. Responsible for customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customers and provide monthly summary report. 7. Undertake any other duties assigned.
Experience and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree and above, fluent spoken and written English. 2. Accept entry level candidate. Customer orientated, familiar with order processing and customer complain and forecast analysis operations. 3. Integrity, team player, responsibility for safety. 4. Good command of Microsoft Office software and Oracle or ERP system.
