岗位职责：
1、Responsible for the performance experimental business of condenser / chiller / WCOND and other refrigerant related parts of the test work.And also will test with radiator performance test;
2、Responsible for the experimental business of thermal management products, including the experimental implementation, schedule management and progress report of experimental projects in the development of vehicles and VAVE cases;
3、Responsible for the data preparation of the above related business (experimental plan, report, survey report, and technical data preparation, etc.);
4、Responsible for investigation and analysis of the cause of experimental NG, propose relevant countermeasures, and implement verification;
5、Responsible for market investigation and analysis of standard samples, and issue investigation reports;

岗位要求：
1、Full-time university degree or above,
2、3~5 years experience in thermal management parts testing ,especially enthalpy difference chamber test work;
3、Familiar with laboratory management and operation specifications;
4、Familiar with the development, verification and approval process of auto parts;
5、Familiar with laboratory CNAS quality system;
6、 Strong learning ability, ability to work under pressure, communication and coordination skills, the pursuit of excellence;
7、Able to understand and write reports in English;
8、 Honest and trustworthy, cheerful personality.
