Design & Performs quality control and audits, analyse and report engine/material quality status, include new projects and maintain current product, ensure conformance to company's quality standards and performance.
Responsible for quality risks identify and issues solving and improvement, identified external & internal customer’s requirements and control in manufacturing process, improve customer satisfaction for engine quality. Create, maintain and improve quality process to meet internal & external customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Quality Planning: Participate the advanced quality control in full lifecycle of new project process, follow APQP process to ensure timely completion of quality tasks at key milestones
Quality process and issue management: Identify quality risks from customer & in process, create or improve current quality control process to meet customer needs, collaboration with functional teams on RCCA to solve and control quality issues with timely manner.
Auditing process execution
Documentation and Reporting:
Attend new project review meeting follow plan. Sticking to BIQ principle, ensure project/engine/material goes to mass production phase is with desired quality.
Prepare and maintain detail key new projects reports, and documentation. Provide regular updates to management on new engine/material quality performance, highlighting any significant issues or risks and proposing appropriate mitigation strategies to project team
What Skills You Will Have:
ISO9001 & CQMS understanding
Familiar with quality planning and problem solving tools
Understanding of CAT manufacturing standards, procedures and policies
Good understanding of quality control tools and techniques,
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Requires good verbal and written English, good communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.), Quality Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing quality problem solving and improving quality performance.
Desired Qualifications:
Professional certifications in Quality (e.g., BB, ASQ CQE, CQM, etc.) are a plus.
