Job Duty & Responsibility: 1、All other tasks assigned by line manager or company Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. 2、Follow the department and personal KPI 3、Familiar with Valmet roll production, with maintenance and operating experience 4、Check parts ID and drawing to make sure parts are right for related work 5、Drawing prepared and tools management when needed 6、Deal with customer troubleshooting in time. 7、Coordinating and following-up customer projects like: components purchasing, components and tools delivery follow-up, parts checking and packing. 8、Service project kick-off meeting, project coordination, wrap off meeting 9、Tools management, keep tools in good condition, record tools condition
Job Requirement & Qualification: 1、College and above degree 2、At least 5 years working experience in paper mill for roll maintenance and management 3、Rich mechanical maintenance experience, automation or hydraulic knowledge is a plus 4、Familiar operate machining as a plus also 5、Good speaking and writing English 6、Must be able to use PC with regular office software (MS Word, Excel, CAD PowerPoint, Project…) and computer aided designing tools. 7、Has the potential competence to handle the responsible business independently 8、Self-motivation, willing to expand the responsible area within a developing organization. 9、Ready to travel frequently
