- Technical specification definition, acceptance and Problem solving for production line in ramp up.
制作技术规范，支持设备验收，支持产线爬坡阶段的问题解决
- Make Machine capability study plan and implement regularly.
制作设备能力研究计划并按计划执行
- Development and implementation of improvement activities from process side for cycle time, cost reduction
发展和组织相关降本和降节拍时间的改进项目
- Leading the Problem solving for responsible process/stations.
组织相关工艺和工站的问题解决
- knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.
与领导工厂沟通工艺细节

岗位要求：
- Bachelor degree in engineering
机电一体化及相关专业，本科
- 5 years and above related working experience
5年及以上相关工作经验
- Screwing/Leak/TIM dosing/ Soldering/ Ultrasonic welding process related experience
