Key Accountabilities
61 Be responsible for the quality management system of labs.
61 Be responsible for lab internal audits and management review.
61 Manage and verify the daily testing work (Environment, condition, procedure, testing result, report).
61 Test request coordination with internal customer.
61 Technician task scheduling / collaboration
61 New test request evaluation and design
61 Calibration and maintenance support
61 Support APAC Media qualification project.
61 EHS support

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
61 Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related engineering field.
Technical Competence & Skills:
61 Proficient in laboratory testing, calibration, and validation techniques.
61 Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels, primarily in English
61 Ability to prioritize the multiple tasks and good time management skills.
61 Data analysis, statistical analysis skills
Leadership Competence:
61 Ability to work effectively with others
61 Effective verbal and written communication skills required in working with each department, primarily in English
Relevant Experience:
61 Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, with a thorough understanding of ISO 17025 standards and their application.
61 Experience in accredited laboratories or similar institutions is preferred.
61 ISO 17025 Internal Auditor is preferred
61 Familiar with MS Office.

61 Chinese, English (Good communication and written).
