Main Mission & Tasks:
The role of the ‘Plant
Data Engineer’ is to secure for his perimeter the data
quality and to participate to the ontology building. For the project on going,
he will support the key user and will ensure the good adoption of the solution
by the plant

1. Data acquisition & creation
a)
Ensure all sources of data are
reliable.
b)
Formalize and control the data
acquisition, creation and maintenance processes to ensure data are accurate,
safe and reflecting the operational reality any times.
c)
Deploy standard routines to
control data accuracy.
d)
Lead progress plans to
continuously improve the integrity and accuracy of incoming data.

2. Data analytics
a)
Specify/formalize the plant
needs in term of data analytics.
b)
Develop basic data analytics
solutions.
c)
Identify resources within the
organization to develop/provide more complex solutions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1.
Good knowledge of the data
system for his perimeter
2.
IT background
3.
Minimum 3+ years of experience
in working on industrial scale projects in Big Data.
4.
Basic data analytics skills
(statistics) and overall understanding of the data analytics methods available
and of their potential.
5.
Ability to deploy tools and
conduct training / coaching sessions
6.
Hands on experience on
Pyspark/Python
7.
Good knowledge of PL SQL/SQL.
8.
Multi-functional &
multi-cultural communication, Minimum bi-lingual (English required),
