Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Support for Detonator Manufacturers - Troubleshoot and debug production equipment to improve operational efficiency and product quality. - Analyze production line issues, propose solutions to enhance yield rates, and implement optimization plans. - Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to address technical challenges and deliver timely resolutions. 2. Training & Support for Blasting Companies - Conduct on-site and remote training sessions on electronic detonators, blasting systems, and related equipment (e.g., initiation devices). - Provide clear guidance on safety protocols, operational procedures, and troubleshooting for electronic detonation systems. - Address technical inquiries during system deployment and usage, ensuring compliance with industry standards. 3. Post-Sales Service & Documentation - Respond promptly to client requests, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. - Prepare detailed service reports, including equipment performance data and improvement recommendations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates, safety regulations, and industry trends. 4. Customer Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and technical expertise. - Collect feedback to drive product/service enhancements and share insights with cross-functional teams. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: o 1+ years in technical support roles, preferably in explosives, mining, or industrial equipment sectors. o Hands-on experience with electronic detonators, blasting systems, or similar industrial technologies is preferred. - Skills: o Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and process optimization. o Strong ability to deliver technical training and simplify complex concepts. o Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus. - Travel: Accept over 70% of travel time globally. - Certifications: Safety certifications (e.g., blasting licenses, ISO standards) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with industrial IoT or smart blasting systems. - Experience working with cross-cultural teams or international clients. - Knowledge of French, Arabic, Spanish, Turkish or other languages relevant to key markets.
