Job Purpose: This strategic leadership role requires driving overseas market expansion for industrial explosives products. The successful candidate will spearhead business development, client portfolio management, and cross-functional team coordination to achieve aggressive sales targets in global markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Development - Assist GM in formulating overseas business development strategies and product roadmaps for explosives markets. - Design/implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase global market share. 2. Sales Operational Excellence - Develop/manage annual/monthly sales plans with dynamic performance tracking mechanisms. - Oversee contract negotiation/execution, ensuring compliance with international commercial terms. 3. Client Management - Identify/develop strategic client partnerships through systematic CRM database maintenance. - Coordinate cross-department resources to resolve technical/quality issues, maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction rate. 4. Financial Stewardship - Achieve sales targets while maintaining accounts receivable collection efficiency (≤45 days DSO). 5. Team Leadership - Build high-performing teams through coaching-style leadership and talent pipeline development programs. Requirements - Fluent English with superior presentation and negotiation skills. - Proven upward management and executive communication skills. - High emotional intelligence for building win-win client relationships. - Proven analytical skills for market trend forecasting and decision-making. - Demonstrated market insight with 80%+ accuracy in sales forecasting. - Excellent organizational, planning, and team coordination abilities. - Experience in talent development and succession planning. - Expertise in interpreting INCOTERMS and international contracts. Experience & Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. - Working experience in a multinational company. - Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial product sales (mining/construction sectors preferred). - At least 3 years in overseas sales/key account management roles. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA. - Experience in Middle East/African/Latin American markets - Second-language proficiency in French/Spanish/Portuguese/Turkish/Arabic. - PMP certifications - Knowledge of explosives industry regulations and technical standards.
