Job Responsiblities:
1. Demonstrate expertise in Optical commodity and parts of mechanical sourcing and fully competent in all aspects of global supply chain management.
2. Develop a Global Commodity infrastructure that supports business and growth plans, includes supplier comparison, selection, and development to ensure material and services meet the needs of the business.
3. Suppliers overall performance management and improvement via undertaking periodic review scheme.
4. Pricing negotiations for optical commodity, taking strategic purchase into consideration and continue price control as well as cost down for commodity parts.
5. To monitor the changes of optical related market and conditions and analysis the impact of such changes to the competition.
6. In lead to negotiate Legal contract and acceptance with suppliers.
7. Other tasks required by the management team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred.
2. Over 8 years or above in purchasing/sourcing, insightful of mechanical or optical industry is desirable.
3. Broad experience in optical and mechanical supply resources and sourcing ability, such as machining, sheeting, laser, lens, optical sensor & module.
4. Need be able to communicate in English with strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
5. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
