In charge of the Quality of one or several production sectors
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied
- Lead continuous improvement on its production lines
- Lead root cause analysis of quality issue and Problem solving
- Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines
- Create and maintain quality control documentation
- Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs
- Be a member of SPS audits
- Lead product/offer related Continuous Improvement actions and projects
- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new product or product evolution
- Provide quality expertise to production and projects to ensure that quality is fully integrated into the product/project transferring or launching process
- Secure =S= quality directives and standards during mass production for its responsible products/projects
- Support quality control team, customer service team and production team to solve operational quality issues in regards to his/her products/projects


- Very strong problem solving skills (Mandatory), and project management skill
- Good communication skill and coordinate ability.
- Fluent in English.
- Green Belt trained preferred
- be familar with digital tools like Mintab, Python..
- More than 3 years experience in SMT process
- Electronic and electronics related working experience would be a bonus
