Responsibilities职责： 1. Sourcing development采购开发 -Search, selects, pre-qualify and propose the most competitive suppliers for technical goods, in order to reach the targets. 搜索、选择、预审和推荐具竞争力的技术产品供应商，以实现目标。 -Implement Supplier selection and supplier qualification. 实施供应商选择和供应商资格认证。 -Suppliers overall performance management and performance improvement. 供应商整体绩效管理和绩效改进。 -Supplier education (work with potential suppliers to convey the WAM Sourcing process and expectations) 供应商引导（与潜在供应商合作，传达WAM采购流程和期望。） 2. Frame agreements框架协议 -Suppliers Contract negotiation, Continuous cost reduction, Source model optimization. 供应商合同谈判，持续降低成本，优化采购模式。 -Participate in the preparation, negotiation and implementation of business, analyze, prepare, negotiate and implement sourcing process, in order to reduce the cost of the delivered goods and services. 参与业务的准备、谈判和实施，分析、准备、谈判和实施采购流程，以降低交付货物和服务的成本。 3. New products新产品 -Participate in analyzing, advising and supporting new product definition, in order to minimize cost and maximize quality and satisfy the Customer. 参与新产品定义的分析、建议和支持，以降低成本，提高质量，满足客户需求。 4. Sourcing Data采购数据 -Produce, analyze and provide the different sourcing indicators, in order to pilot Action Plans, report planning and roadblocks on regular basis. 制定、分析和提供不同的采购指标，以便定期试行行动计划、定期报告计划和路障。 -Build up the material strategy/database for potential capable suppliers within the responsible commodities. 在负责的商品范围内，为潜在的有能力的供应商建立材料战略/数据库。 5. Conduct product sample inspection to ensure product quality. 进行产品抽样检查，确保产品质量。 6. Other task assigned by leader. 完成上级安排的其他任务。
Requirements要求： 1.Bachelor degree in Mechatronics. 机电一体化学士学位。 2.At least 3 years’ experience in related business. 至少3年相关工作经验。 3.Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness). 商业理解（工作领域的市场知识，国际经验和意识）。 4.High degree of work ethics and integrity is a must. 高度的职业道德和诚信是必须的。 5.Familiar with the working principle and brand channels of transmission components (motor reducer coupling bearings, etc.) and electrical control components (PLC, inverter, circuit breaker, motor starter protector, terminals, etc.). 熟悉传动部件（电机减速机联轴器轴承等）以及电气控制部件（PLC,变频器，断路器，电机启动器保护器，端子等）的工作原理和品牌渠道。 6.Good English and good analytical skill. 良好的英语和分析能力。 7.Good communication skill, well-organized, detail-oriented. 良好的沟通能力，条理清晰，细节导向。 8.Able to function in a high pressure, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 能够在高压、快节奏的环境中工作，并在截止日期前完成工作。
