RESPONSIBILITIES:61 工艺与设备问题解决：分析并解决生产过程中的工艺、设备及操作问题，提出优化方案Analyze and resolve process, equipment, and operational issues in production, proposing optimization plans.61 项目管理与持续改进：主导MOC（变更管理）或持续改进项目，推动效率提升和成本优化Lead MOC (Management of Change) or continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.61 生产功能性描述的开发与维护以实现生产工程自动化 Develop and maintain functional description to automatize production process.61 MES系统建立：与总公司项目团队合作将MES系统本土化Establish MES (Manufacturing Execution System): Collaborated with global team to localize MES system.61 制定和更新标准操作程序（SOP）Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with production standards.61 跨部门协作与支持：与质量、研发等部门协作，提供技术支持和培训Collaborate with quality, R&D, and other departments to provide technical support and training.REQUIREMENTS:61 学历与专业：大学本科及以上学历，生物工程、化学工程或相关专业Bachelor’s degree or above in Bioscience, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.61 语言能力：具备流利的口语沟通能力（跨国邮件、会议）Fluent oral, reading and writing English skills for cross-border communication.61 出色的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能独立完成复杂问题诊断Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills for independent problem-solving.61 熟练使用Office软件（Word/Excel/PPT）,有自动化或数据分析工具经验优先（DeltaV / Python /POWEBI / JMP / Minitab）Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)Familiarity with industrial automation / data analysis tools (DeltaV / Python / POWEBI / JMP / Minitab) is preferred.61 应急处理与承压能力：在紧急状况下快速响应，保障生产稳定性，展现良好的承压能力Respond promptly to emergencies to ensure production stability, demonstrating strong stress tolerance.61 具备制造业3年以上相关经验，有项目管理经验者优先3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with project management experience preferred.
