岗位职责：
In the new project phase, as quality team member of the APQP project to conduct quality planning and controlling during project phase. Mainly responsible for:
在新项目阶段，作为APQP项目的质量团队成员进行质量策划及控制。主要负责：
- Participate in the risk assessment of product development, process development, identify risks in the quality area, and follow up the implementation of preventive measures.
参与产品开发，过程开发的风险评估，识别质量领域风险，追踪预防措施实施。
- Plan quality activities according to APQP process, set product quality objectives and prepare quality related outputs at each stage of the project, such as: preparation and update of control plan, d and update of product quality standard, SPC & MSA plan and implementation promotion, etc.
根据APQP流程，策划质量活动，制定产品品质目标并准备项目各阶段的质量相关输出物，例如：控制计划的制及更新，产品质量标准的制定与更新， SPC & MSA计划与实施推进等。
- When there are customer requirements, as a quality window with customers, collect customer quality requirements (such as product quality requirements, PPAP submission requirements, etc.), organize internal review, transfer into internal quality requirements and ensure implementation.
当有客户要求时，作为与客户的质量窗口，收集客户的质量要求（例如产品质量要求，PPAP提交要求等），组织内部评审，转化为内部质量要求并确保落实。
- Lead the define, review and implementation of new product reliability test plan, and varify the test report after the test was completed.
主导新产品可靠性测试计划的制定，评审及实施，测试完成后实验报告的确认。
- As the window of the quality department in the project team, tracked and following up the raw material quality development, process quality control and other activities, decomposed the product quality requirements to the sub components quality requirements and followed up the implementation.
作为质量部门在项目组的窗口，跟踪并推进原材料质量开发，过程质量控制等活动，对于产品质量要求向零件质量要求的分解以及跟踪落实。
- Manage changes in the project phase, participate in the assessment of change risks and validation plans, and manage changes according to the change process.
管理项目阶段的变更，参与变更风险及验证计划的评估，按变更流程进行变更管理。
- Participate in the review of the outputs from all phase of the project, and do a good job in quality risk assessment and controlling.
参与项目各节点输出物的评审，做好品质风险评估和把控。
- Summarize quality issues in the development process, promote and track improvement, and arrange process audit before release of major nodes (MS7, MS9) if necessary.
汇总开发过程中的质量问题，推动并跟踪改善情况，必要时安排在重大节点（MS7，MS9）放行前的过程审核。
- Lead for customer on-site quality audit and check activities on quality controlling aspects during the project phase.
对应项目阶段客户的阶段性现场审核，现场确认活动。
- Prepare PPAP file packages based on PPAP requirements aligned with customers
基于和客户达成一致的PPAP要求，准备PPAP文件包。
- Optimize and continuously improve the project phase quality management process, change process, etc.
优化并持续改进项目阶段质量管理流程，变更流程等。

岗位要求：
1. A bachelor university degree or above in electrical engineering, materials engineering, quality engineering or similar
电气工程、材料工程、质量工程或类似专业的大学本科或以上学历
2. At least 5 years of project quality experience in automotive industry.
至少 5 年汽车行业项目质量的相关工作经验
3. Experience in electronics or semiconductor advanced product quality management is preferred
有汽车电子或半导体前期产品质量管理经验者优先考虑
4. Knowledge of high-power silicon semiconductor technology, esp. assembly and connection technologies
了解大功率硅半导体技术，特别是组装和连接技术
5. Knowledge of power semiconductor device technology, basic understanding of FA techniques and accelerated lifetime testing (AQG324) is a plus
熟悉功率半导体器件技术，对 FA 技术和加速寿命测试 (AQG324) 有基本了解者优先考虑
6. Deep knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology as well as supporting tools like 3x5why, FTA, Is/ Is-not
深入了解 8D 问题解决方法以及 3x5why、FTA、Is/Is-not 等辅助工具
7. Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG 5 quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
对 IATF 16949 和 AIAG 5 种质量工具（SPC、MSA、FMEA、APQP、PPAP）有深入了解
8. Understand relevant laws and regulations of China's automobile industry (Product Liability Law, Defective Vehicle Recall Management Regulations etc.)
了解中国汽车行业的相关法律法规（《产品责任法》、《缺陷汽车召回管理条例》等）。
9. Good presentation & communication skills
