Responsibility：
- Taking charge of sourcing work for hardgoods, especially for greenery.
- Be responsible for order management and follow up.
- Supplier management and price negotiation.
- Sample review and quality control.
- Knowledge of mandatory standards for categories within your portfolio.
- Data enter information required to register new vendors/products into the SAP system, create purchase orders in SAP.
Qualification:
- College degree and above
- At least 5 years’ experience in related area
- Fluent English with both verbal and written
- Solid Sourcing and negotiating ability
- Hands-on computer knowledge in MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SAP
- Good communication skill and know how to deal with different personalities
- Organizing and good time-managing skills
- Sets good example for collaborating with others
- Demonstrate a high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsible
