Device Development Engineer
The Device Development Engineer is responsible for the design, simulation, and characterization of devices to enhance product competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
· Engage in device development for advanced logic processes and BCD processes.
· Design for device structures, perform TCAD simulations, create layout designs and implement DOE plan to validate and optimize device performance.
· Conduct electrical characterization and reliability evaluation to meet device target.
· Assist in device failure mechanisms analysis, propose for design improvements, and drive technology iterations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Physics, or related fields. Fresh graduates or candidates with 3+ years of experience; preference for those with CMOS/BCD device design experience.
· Proficiency in TCAD tools (e.g., Sentaurus, Silvaco) and familiarity with device characterization equipment (probe stations, parameter analyzers).
· Strong English proficiency for cross-disciplinary communication; ability to collaborate with design and process teams.
