Process Integration and Development Engineer
The Process Integration and Development Engineer is responsible for ensuring CMOS platform smooth transfer and new CMOS process development, process optimization.
Responsibilities:
· Lead existing CMOS process platform transfer and new product introduction (NPI) for manufacturing.
· Drive new mixed-signal process platform development, including individual process optimization, process flow design, and experimental planning to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve key parameters.
· Develop process design documentation and ensure on-time delivery of the whole process platform.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Physics, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process development, with preference for logic process R&D expertise.
· Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor process integration and device physics, coupled with familiarity with process development workflows.
· Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-regional teams.
