职位概述
This position is mainly responsible for cooperating with project team for test specification definition and test setup. Responsible for leading problem solving and failure analysis. The testing projects will be performed at T05V S05D Test laboratories, at the client site or at the end-user facilities.
岗位职责
1. Handle the assigned testing projects according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations with lead time; (35%)
2. Develop test method for new area and complex samples or systems and set up test installation for complex systems (15%)
3. Self-study for new test specification, build new test facilities and Mentor team members for new test method; (10%)
4. Communicate with project engineer and customers about testing status or technical issues; (10%)
5. Optimize daily test working process and improve working efficiency. (10%)
6. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy (5%)
7. Maintain equipment, tools and laboratory environment in good condition (10%)
8. Communicate with other groups/teams (5%)
任职条件
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experienced in AC/DC charger, Electrical automation, Electrical safety testing is a plus.
3. At least 3 years' experience in a third-party testing lab is a plus.
4. Be familiar with standards and testing methods, e.g., Electrical products, Industrial component products or similar.
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.
6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure.
