Responsibilities:
61 In a two-year program, the position will have different assignments in 2 different sites in China.
61 The assignment that the position will work on are improvement projects in the manufacturing sites, focused on the one hand on productivity, efficiency and costs and on the other hand on mindset and behaviors driving continuous improvement and safety behavior.
61 The program will provide also training that supports the position to get to know Envalior broadly, become more culturally aware and increases project management and stakeholder management skills.
61 During the whole program, the position will rotate in Production, Maintenance, QA, SHE function at the site to learn the key functions’ main responsibilities at site.
- 1st week: New Employee Orientation and JiangYin site overall introduction
- 1-4 months in JiangYin Production (compounding) function
- 5-6 months in JiangYin Maintenance function
- 7-8 months in JiangYin SHE function
- 9-10 months in JiangYin QA/QC function
- 11-12 months learn Envalior Manufacturing Excellence
- 13 – 20 months rotate in Wuxi/Changzhou site function
- 21 – 24 months take specific ManEX Project at site
61 After the two-year program, the aim is the place on a position in one of the Manufacturing sites.
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate in 2025, with bachelor degree in chemical, mechanical, safety engineering
2.Good English skill both in written and oral
3.Willing to do the job rotation in Jiangyin, Wuxi and Changzhou
4. Willing to work in a plant environment
