Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
1. Support sourcing activities in order to expand supply base for direct materials;
负责采购工作，扩大直接物料的供应商渠道；
2. Utilize commodity expertise to support on developing Business Plans and Strategic Plan Metrics: incl. (but not limited to) MCS (Material Cost Savings), BCC & Other objectives, supplier performance objectives;
发挥产品的技术专业知识，促进业务发展和战略计划的实施，包括物料成本控制，网络商业模式，其他采购模式，以及对供应商指标的确定；
3. Travel to suppliers and other MT facilities as required for this position;
需要去供应商和其他ITT公司出差；
4. Coordinate projects of sourcing/localization and Working Capital improvement, organize cross-functional communications to make sure the project timeline is on track and project deliverables are delivered properly;
协调项目采购的本地化发展和运营资本的改进，组织跨部门的沟通确保项目进度和项目交付；
5. Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list, SAP info record updating and commodity contracts;
维护物料种类的数据库，管理供应商清单和价格清单，维护SAP系统和物料采购合同；
6. Lead supplier management activities, incl. (but not limited to) supplier performance evaluation (scorecard), contract management (negotiate, create, maintain & enforce), purchasing policy and procedure rollout and execution;
负责供应商管理，比如供应商审核，合同管理（谈判、创建、维护和执行），采购政策，确认程序，执行程序；
7. Capable of providing any other additional support as requested by supervisors;
若有需要，提供其他支持；
8. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；
9. Other works assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/
Requirements:
1. At least bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or chemistry;
本科或以上学历，化学化工或机械工程专业；
2. Have experience related to one or more components (Chemical, Minerals, and Metals);
有一种或多种原材料采购经验，比如化学品、矿产品、五金材料；
3. Solid analytical skills, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail;
扎实的分析能力，优秀的问题完善能力，注重细节；
4. High practical learning attitude – learning agility;
高效的实践 学习态度，快速的学习能力；
5. Being transparent and respectful, Hands-on;
坦率的，有礼貌的，亲历亲为的;

7. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement and / or a Direct Material Management related field, experience in Automotive industry is a must.
至少5年以上采购经验，直接物料相关领域，必须具有汽车行业经验。
