Job Description
In your new role you will:
1. Manage resources (***-Machine-Material-Method) to ensure smoothly running production.
2. Closely Cooperation with other departments to ensure minimum production downtime through the timely resolution of product, equipment, and process issues. Be alert to existing and potential production problems and take necessary corrective action.
3. WIP management - Ensure WIP & inventory targets meet through proper supervision of relevant departments.
4. Planning, scheduling and supervising production activities for containing enhancement/harmonization shop floor management systematic, such as perfect set up, QRA, ESR, etc.
5. Plan and implement people competency development within production.
6. Continuously improvement for productivities and quality practices towards next level of productivities & next level of zero defect.
7. Continue optimization team's (OP, PT, LT, LL, LS, PDE) skill compliances to ensure good execution quality for achieve next level of high performance.
8. Site core officer to roll out the BEPS system and provide governance on manufature data dill down analysis.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related discipline.
2. More than 7 years’ relevant working experience and 3 years+ management experience in production.
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills with innovative projects is plus.
4. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
5. Strong hands-on knowledge and skills in production area.
6. Good English skill in oral and written.
