一、Responsibilities | 岗位职责: 1. Manage and grow official accounts on Website, Taobao, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu. 负责管理并提升公司官网、淘宝店铺、微信公众号、小红书账号的影响力与销量。 2. Develop and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns. 策划并执行内容排期与营销活动方案。 3. Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results. 分析销售数据并优化策略以提升销售成果。 4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production) for aligned branding. 与销售、设计、生产等团队协作,确保品牌形象统一。 5. Lead influencer/KOL collaborations on Xiaohongshu. 策划与执行小红书上的KOL合作。 6. Monitor and manage customer interactions across all platforms. 管理各平台上的客户互动和反馈。 7. Prepare performance reports with actionable insights. 撰写总结报告并提出有效的优化建议。 二、Requirements | 任职要求: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or social media marketing in China. 至少3年电商或社交媒体营销相关经验(中国市场)。 2. Familiar with Taobao store operation, WeChat marketing, and Xiaohongshu content creation. 熟悉官网、淘宝店铺运营、微信公众号推广和小红书内容运营。 3. Proven track record of sales or traffic growth through digital platforms. 有成功提升社交平台销量或流量的案例经验。 4. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written). 中英文流利(听说读写)。 5. Strong communication, planning, and project execution skills. 具备良好的沟通能力、策划能力及项目执行力。 三、Compensation & Incentives | 薪酬与激励: 1. Starting salary: 9000-10,000 RMB/month. 月薪起薪9000-10,000元人民币。 2.
