KEY RESULT AREAS 关键岗位职责

Operation and maintenance system construction, specify IT operation and maintenance processes and specifications, do operation and maintenance support work, and gradually improve operation and maintenance automation; 运维体系建设，指定IT运维流程和规范，做好运维支撑工作，逐步完善运维自动化；
Server management, ensure the server 7*24 hours reliable and stable operation, according to the business requirements of the reasonable allocation and management of server resources；服务器管理，保障服务器7*24小时可靠、稳定运行，根据业务需求合理进行服务器资源分配及管理；
Application system management, responsible for the company's business system deployment and performance tuning, responsible for the application system data backup and recovery work; 应用系统管理，负责公司业务系统的部署及性能调优，负责应用系统的数据备份及恢复工作；
Network management, responsible for the design and adjustment of the company's network architecture, to ensure the stability of the company's business operations网络管理，负责公司网络架构设计与调整，保障公司业务运营稳定性；
Security management, responsible for the company's information security planning, implementation and daily operation management; 安全管理，负责公司信息安全规划、实施及日常运营管理；
Responsible for the development of artificial intelligence projects such as AI Deepseek负责AI Deepseek等人工智能项目开发工作;
Support social media and new media related work 支持公司社交媒体新媒体的运作；
Fulfill other tasks assigned by manager完成领导交办的其他工作。

QUALIFICATION 任职要求

Education 教育背景
Bachelor degree in IT or other related majors 计算网络工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Experience工作经验
Over 5 years IT working experience 5年以上IT相关工作经验，有IT运维管理经验优先。
Proficient in server deployment, system resource scheduling, network traffic and anomaly monitoring, firewall technology, familiar with basic security knowledge, to build an efficient and safe operation and maintenance architecture. 精通服务器部署、系统资源调度、网络流量及异常监控、防火墙技术，熟悉基本的安全知识，搭建高效安全的运维架构。

Languages 语言
Good at written and spoken English, and Mandarin will be preferred中英文熟练者优先考虑

IT 信息技术
Proficient with MS-Office熟练操作各种办公软件；
