Key responsibly: 61 Smart Manufacturing Development: o Design and deploy AI/ML-driven automation solutions to enhance yield, efficiency, and predictive maintenance in semiconductor fabrication. 61 Develop digital twin models for production lines to simulate and optimize manufacturing processes.
Intelligent Planning & Scheduling: o Implement AI-based production planning tools to optimize wafer starts, equipment utilization, and cycle time. o Automate demand forecasting, capacity modeling, and dynamic scheduling using data analytics. 61 Data-Driven Process Optimization: o Apply statistical process control (SPC), machine learning, and big data analytics to identify and resolve production bottlenecks. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process Engineering, IT, Supply Chain) to digitize workflows and reduce manual interventions. 61 Industry 4.0 Integration: o Support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) enhancements and automation of data pipelines for smart factory initiatives. o Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, computer vision, autonomous material handling).
Job requirment: 61 Hard Skills: o Hands-on experience with PLCs or SCADA or MES, and Industry 4.0 frameworks (e.g., SEMI Standards, OPC UA). o Experience in Python or R or SQL, or similar for data analysis/automation. o Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or equivalent and simulation tools (AutoMod, FlexSim). o Good English communication and presentation skill o Familiar with problem solving skills and tools o Familiar with general semiconductor fabrication or assembly technology o Good overall knowledge of packaging technology and requirements
