Tasks:
The Senior Mechanical Development Enginner高级机械工程师(食品事业部) is responsible for the implementation of an order within the Product Development process, for the technical concept/design, construction and validation of machines as well as their evaluation with regard to economic efficiency from the idea to the finished product.
Leads his/her project team, communicates with the steering committee and handles the administrative work for a project as regards finances, documentation and quality assurance.

● Technical responsibility for design, construction (3D CAD) and validation of product improvements and new developments under consideration of costs, deadlines and quality.
● Project management in multidisciplinary and international development projects.
● Application of creative approaches to concept development.
● Definition of a Requirement for Design based on an agreed technical concept.
● Creation and maintenance of product-specific documents in compliance with applicable regulations, standards and laws.
● Lead and support his interdisciplinary project team.
● Communicate with the Steering Committee.
● Responsible for budget and schedule compliance.
● Ensuring that all necessary outputs are produced in the required quality.
● Ensures that product requirements and cost targets are met.
Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics
● Above 5 years’ experience related, minimum 3 years in Project Management, some of them in Product Development.
● Proficiency with IT tools, such as MS Office ,3D CAD (Inventor, Creo, etc.)
● Fluent in English
● Strong communication skills.
● General project management skills such as scheduling, cost planning and tracking are present.
● Strong moderation skills for meetings, risk analysis and reviews.
● Quality, deadline and cost conscious, by means of e.g. reviews he controls the quality.
● Further technical knowledge as well as IT tool knowledge is necessary or advantageous depending on the project output (machine, machine control, service).
● Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex situations.
● Strong problem-solving skills.
● Willingness to travel, with sound intercultural skills & understanding.
