Develop supplier quality management system throughout the WPF as per management directives
Be responsible for the *** article inspection of new purchased items and release the parts to production
Monitor Supplier Quality Performance (SPM) and drive for continuous improvement. Carrying out supplier audit and coaching.
Drive suppliers for corrective actions and monitor the CA effectiveness.
Work with PQE and technical engineers to verify fail component and feedback information to supplier for immediate actions.
Support Production department daily production and get nonconforming materials resolved timely for line down case.
Supporting buyer for nonconforming materials return to supplier. (Explain technical related to supplier for the acknowledge and acceptance for the return).
Conduct regular Supplier Quality Performance Rating/Review and initiate action plan towards improvement opportunity
Maintain quality system for supplier quality assurance related.
- Very strong problem solving skills (Mandatory), and project management skill
- Good communication skill and coordinate ability.
- Basic reading and writing in English.
- Green Belt trained preferred
- be familar with digital tools like Mintab, Python..
- More than 3 years experience in EE component supplier management
