Liaise with related parties for Order status, production and shipment follow up - Prepare Shipment Reports, Purchase Orders, Orders Filing and Reporting - Maintain Costing Reports - Dealing some procurement works & logistic matters; - Ensure vendors and suppliers compliance to company's quality requirements and guidelines - Support manager with administrative details, and ad-hoc tasks/projects when required 任职要求: - Ability to organize, communicate and follow up orders independently - 5+ years relevant merchandising experience preferable - Experience in Quality Control is a merit - Strong Computer Skills of MS Excel,MS Dynamic system, etc. - Good Command of English - Detail oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver good results within timeframes - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
