Job Description
In your new role you will:
1.Lab interface to internal clients (QM, Development, etc.), independent coordination of lab orders for product reliability qualifications, monitoring and other evaluation.
2.Prioritization of lab test execution, drive process improvement out of the identified deviation.
3.Consolidate test demand and resources, early warning to clients and/or the lab in case of gaps (committed deadlines, specifications of stress tests, utilization of equipment).
4.Supports Lab targets by optimizing of the process, continuous improvement and adaptation to new requirements.
5.Recommendation of modifications on work instructions and process descriptions.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Materials, Physics.
2.Min 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, reliability lab experience is preferred.
3.Experienced in data analysis tools (ie. Minitab, JMP, Excel VBA, etc.).
4.Good & professional communication and presentation skills.
5.Fluent in written and oral English.
