1.Guide a cross functional team from engineering phase to final series production, while safe guiding the project scope, timing and budget, manage all risks and issues in a structured way.
2.Responsible for working out the project plan together with all team members and following up all the activities to ensure the time plan as expected.
3.In charge of BOM set up and maintenance in ERP.
4.Responsible to follow company processes as well as giving improvement suggestions as part of continuous improvements.
5.Build up internal working relationships with other functions in order to facilitate smooth product introductions.
6.Build up technical knowledge of our products to facilitate making correct decisions to ensure projects keep on track.


能力要求：
1.Mechanical background.
2.More than 3 years' project management experience in mechanical field.
3.Have the experience of using ERP system.
4.Must be proficient in using office software (especially for Microsoft Excel).
5.Strong ability of analysis, problem-solving, management and coordination.
6.Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
7.PMP certification is a plus.
