Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 维护ERP系统内相关物料的信息；
Data maintenance in ERP system.
2. 负责所有货物的进出口操作，及时处理清关中的问题并维护相关信息；
Handle daily import & export activities and maintain related data correctly.
3. 与货代协调清关事宜，及时安排货物的出口操作；
Coordinate with customs broker and logistics supplier for customs clearance/ freight & sailing arrangement to meet on-time delivery request.
4. 联络海外货代去工厂提货并安排适当的运输方式以满足交期；
Contact overseas forwarder to pick up finished products and arrange proper transport method accordingly to meet delivery time request.
5. Keep close communication with the brokers, forwarders, Customs, CIQ and other agents or governments to solve the problems in a timely manner and to ensure everything is on the legal way internally and externally
与保险经纪公司、物流公司、海关、中国出入境检验检疫局，以及其他供应商或政府部门保持良好沟通，及时解决物流相关问题，确保所有工作合法合规
6. 负责供应商帐单的核对，及时支付相关款项；
Check and confirm bills from suppliers, settle payments on regular basis according to different payment terms.
7. 负责进出口文件的整理及归档，解答相关进出口问题的咨询；
Import/Export related documents management, keep all filing up to date, respond to enquiries concerning questions on import/export.
8. 领导交办的其他事项。
Other work assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 熟悉进出口流程，了解海关、商检、外贸进出口等政策流程及相关标准规范；
Experience on import/export handling, understand customs, commodity inspection, foreign trade import and export policy process and related standard specifications.
2. 有较强责任心，能够吃苦耐劳；
Have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
3. 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，良好的沟通协调能力；
Excellent written and verbal communications skill, Good communication and coordination skills.
4. 具有海陆空、保税区等货物运输、物资仓储和包装管理等物流操作技能；
Have sea, land , air and FTZ transportation of goods, warehousing and packaging management and other logistics operation skills.
5. 诚实守信。
A strong sense of professional integrity.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 大专以上学历，英语、外贸、物流等相关专业；
College degree or above, major in English, trading, business, logistics or other related fields is preferred.
2. 5年以上物流、货代相关岗位工作经验；
Minimun 5 years work experience in logistics, international forwarding company.
3. 优秀的自我管理能力和较强的分析能力,积极主动，有团队精神；
Self-starting individual, ability to set priorities, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, proactive, team player.
4. 流利的英语读写能力，良好的Microsoft Office技能；
Basic English, both verbal and written, excellent computer skills (MS excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. 有SAP或其他ERP经验由佳。
SAP or other ERP experience is preferred.
