1）Establish the production plan by converting demand into a feasible production plan to ensure the matched sets of materials and capacities can meet the needs of customers in a cost-effective and production efficient manner. Ensure production plan and manufacturing schedules to cover immediate and future demand. 制定生产计划：将需求转化为可行的生产计划，确保足够的材料和产能能够执行生产计划，既满足客户的需求，又能保证成本效益和生产效率。确保生产计划和一线生产安排能够满足当前和未来的需求。
2） Revise plan to incorporate changes either internally or externally if necessary. Drive and communicate the plans to all functions responsible for execution. 如有需要，根据内部或外部的变更更新计划。向所有负责执行的职能部门传达和推动计划。
3）Identify, negotiate and drive the solution of any conflicts related to material availability, capacity and order fulfillment. 识别、协商并推动与缺料、产能和订单履行相关问题的解决方案。
4）Coordinate production activities, including production planning, manufacturing scheduling, and production resource management. 协调生产活动，包括生产计划、生产调度和生产所需物料资源的管理。

Requirements 要求：
1）Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or supply chain. 工商管理、工业工程或供应链专业本科学历。
2）More than 5 years’ experience as planner in multinational company, preferred to the manufacturing background. 5年以上跨国公司生产计划、主计划相关工作经验，有制造业背景者优先。
3）Outstanding analytical skills with a data driven mindset and proficiency in Excel. 出色的分析技能，具备数据驱动的思维方式，熟练使用Excel。
4）Creative, flexible and result-oriented. 具备创造性、灵活性和以结果为导向。
5）Good communication skills. Proficiency both in oral and written English. 良好的沟通技巧。英语听说读写能力强。
6）Have teamwork spirit and ability to work under the pressure. 有团队合作精神，抗压能力强。
7）Familiar with ERP system (D365, SAP). 熟练操作ERP系统(D365, SAP)。
