Job Responsibility:
86 Follow division supplier selection and management policy based on supplier evaluations of price, quality, delivery, certifications, and compliance with governmental procurement regulations. Promotes and uses strategic suppliers.
86 Manage and maintain accurate supplier profile and keep records for evaluation of suppliers.
86 Working with related department for supplier qualification and following up, sending RFQs and reporting timely.
86 Interviews, selects and negotiates with suppliers in response to material requirements/cost issues.
86 Works with suppliers to develop and manage continuous improvement programs, addressing quality, delivery, service as well as price.
86 Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
86 Estimate supply risks and apply risk minimizing techniques.
86 Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
86 Measurement system to align with operation requirements.

Qualifications:
86 University degree, Bachelor.
86 At least 5 years work experience in supply management or manufacturing engineering
86 Knowledge in Quality will be considering as additional qualification
86 Good appreciation of total cost of ownership principles
86 Good communication and interaction skills
86 Have positive attitude as well as good team spirit
86 PC literate (MS Office365)
86 Good command of English
