? Ensure the timely and accurate collection, calculation and submission of monthly data. ? Collect policies of different cities and update in system. ? Communicate with vendor and CSR to solve the vendor issues/client complaint. ? Assist team leader in data testing, maintenance and evaluation for client. ? Assist team leader to control working quality of both internal team and vendors. ? Assist team leader to facilitate the cooperation with other teams. ? Provide practical advices for service improvement. ? Assist manager with team reports. ? Monthly AP money movement and payout result follow up.
Qualification and Experience
? College degree or above, preferable majoring in Human Resource Management, Social Welfare, Business Administration or related. ? With 3 years+ HR, S.I. Management or related working experience in multinational company. ? Fluency in both oral and written English ? Good communication and cooperation skills as well as professional ethics ? Responsible, careful and cooperative working attitude ? Being familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HR system) ? Being familiar with national and regional S.I. policy and Chinese Labour Law
