岗位职责: 1.Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited); (20%) 1.通过专业的销售活动与现有客户和新客户开展业务,例如(不限于);(20%) (1). Search for potential customer; 寻找潜在客户; (2). Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network; 开拓渠道和网络,创造商机; (3). Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry; 回应和跟进客户的询价; (4). Visit / meet customer and introduce company's services; 拜访/会见客户,介绍公司的服务; (5). Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system; 根据公司内部价格体系进行价格谈判并编制报价; (6). Prepare and confirm contract with customer; 准备并确认客户合同;
2.Training and coaching sales staffs to develop business and maintain customer relationship;(15%) 2.培训和指导销售人员开展业务,维护客户关系;(15%)
3.Monitor and control monthly sales result;(15%) 3.监督和控制月度销售业绩;(15%)
4.Contribute personal efforts to team's sales plan and reach assigned target;(10%) 4.为团队销售计划贡献个人力量并达成指定目标;(10%)
5.Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities; (10%) 5.支持市场部门收集信息和促销活动;(10%)
6.As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress; (10%) 6.根据分配,协调客户和内部团队在项目启动,付款和进度方面的工作;(10%)
7.Help the sales manager for strategy making; (10%) 7.协助销售经理制定战略;(10%)
8.Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager. (10%) 8.完成销售经理分配的其他任务。(10%)
任职要求: 1.College degree or above; 大专及以上学历; 2.At least 3 years sales / marketing experience in trade field such as textile,footwear and bags trading company or factory etc.; 3年以上纺织、鞋类、箱包贸易公司或工厂等行业销售/市场经验; 3.Proven good sales record, sales team management experience is preferred; 有良好的销售记录,有销售团队管理经验者优先; 4.Good communication skills; 良好的沟通能力; 5.Good customer management skill; 良好的客户管理能力; 6.Aggressive and self-motivated; 积极进取,自我激励; 7.Good command of English; 良好的英语能力; 8.Willing to travel. 接受出差。
