1,Fabric QC need to approved Lab dips as Standard


2, Tick lab dip require colors in PLM ,and issue lab dip report to garment suppliers


3,Save correct color in files


4, Control lab dips color to be submit on time .


INSPECTION


1,Make inspection trip with team


2, inspect first lot of bulk fabric on every beginning of seasons


A. Check fabric mill’s inspection report ,and pick rolls do fully inspection


B. Record Vat.No. And check Vat. Colour swatch ,reject fabrics if have big difference .


3,Check ETA/ETD date update correctly on shipping schedule while doing inspection .


4. Update inspection report timely .


5. Take bulk swatch check against bulk quality ,make sure color and quality are in tolerance .


Bulk swatch


1.Get information and save bulk swatch in file as require


2.Check approved colors with garment QC：


A. Check PP sample fabrics with approval swatches for color and quality


B.Share fabric key point for quality before go do garment inspection


一年或以上工作经验,服装或者面料相关专业,纺织相关专业应届毕业生也可接受。
流利英文读写
能接受出差。
