Job Summary:
Plans, coordinates and produces mask layout for the physical design of digital and analog design blocks. Works from logic diagrams, schematics and verbal instructions provided by design engineering. Develops block plans; assigns tasks to others based upon ability; coordinates block activity; prepares complex layout of multi-layer ICs; makes edits from schematics; prepares block status reports; performs DRC and layout verification checks. Utilizes CAD and verification tools to complete the final design specs and makes final database preparation.

1. Create layout that passes Layout Software for the assigned design project in a specified process.
2. Make a floor plan with the designer.
3. Provide net list to the project leader for bonding diagram determination.
4. Closely work with designer to ensure ESD, latch up, power bus width, die size and pad placement all meet requirement.
5. Perform Layout design verification and other necessary operations for tape out and create corresponding documents.
6. Other duties that assigned by upper supervisor.

Qualifications:

61 Majored in related microelectronic discipline;
61 More than three year CMOS IC full custom layout experience;
61 熟练操作版图设计和验证等相关软件。
61 有HV BCD process的电源管理、LED驱动等项目经验或至少成功tape out过一个项目。
61 Auto P&R or Parasitic extractions are more appreciated;
