岗位职责：
Job Description:
1.Operation management analysis eg. Productivity, Production wastage, Variance Cost, Inventory, E&O;
运营管理分析，如生产率、生产浪费、差异成本、库存、E&O；
2. Implement internal control & process optimization;
实施内部控制和流程优化；
3. Participate the internal audit/control and identify the risk to promote related function to continue improvement；
参与内部审计/控制，识别风险，促进相关职能部门持续改进；
4. Monthly financial closing related jobs；
月度财务结算相关工作；
5. Participate in strategy planning, auditing
参与战略规划、审计相关工作；
6. Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by superior.
上级临时指派的任务。

任职资格：
Qualification:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting;
至少拥有财务会计学士学位；
2. A minimum of Intermediate Accounting Certificate;
至少持有中级会计证书；
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, manufacturing experience in joint venture enterprise, Vietnam plant preferred.
至少5年会计从业经验，合资企业制造经验，越南工厂相关财务经验优先；
4. Be familiar with international accounting and auditing principles, especially with strong analysis ability;
熟悉国际会计和审计准则，尤其是具有很强的分析能力；
5. Good logic and analytic thinking, self-driven, willing to learn new things, and able to undergo changes;
逻辑分析思维良好，自我驱动，乐于学习新事物，能够拥抱变化；
6. Familiar with ERP financial system, QAD is preferred;
熟悉ERP财务系统，QAD优先；
7. Excellent computer skills (eg. Word, excel, PPT.);
优秀的计算机技能（如Word、Excel、PPT）；
8. Good English in both reading and writing; CET6 preferred;
英语读写良好，CET6优先；
9. Strong communication and execution skill with strong passion, proactive sense, responsibility, patience and carefulness;
具有较强的沟通与执行能力，有激情、主动意识、责任心、耐心和细心；
10.A good team player.
良好的团队合作能力。
